As the program continues to grow, this manager will partner with the Technical Talent Director, Engineering Managers, Power Academy, mentors, and project teams to coordinate deployments, technical training, performance feedback, safety expectations, overtime approvals, important metrics, and continuous program improvements. This role will support the technical and professional development of EDP participants as they build deeper knowledge in substation protection, automation, controls, communications, FATs, SATs, commissioning, and field execution.
