Major Areas of Accountability: Assist Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director, and Vice President in the tasks necessary to acquire, finance, determine project feasibility, design, entitle, construct, and occupy new construction and acquisition rehabilitation affordable housing projects. Primary Objective of Position: Assist in the coordination of the acquisition, financing, pre-development, construction, and occupancy of new construction and acquisition and rehabilitation affordable housing projects.
