This role provides expert-level routing, switching, wireless, and network security support (including Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense), and also maintains and supports network infrastructure associated with customer equipment that Denali hosts on-premise on behalf of its customers. The Senior Network Engineer participates in planning, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of all network services, and serves as a senior technical escalation point for complex network issues, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting and remediation.
