Identify and effectively communicate CMF-specific process risks — including color shift, adhesion/delamination, mura, orange peel, pinholes, and texture inconsistency — using data-driven approaches to facilitate discussions and improvements across Oura teams and suppliers. You will plan, develop, and implement measurement methods, control plans, and other supply quality engineering processes covering surface treatments such as PVD, anodization, electroplating, laser texturing/etching, and soft-touch coatings — from concept phase through mass production.
