REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: One of the following combinations of education and experience: Master's degree (health-care related field, public administration or policy, business, or a related field preferred) and 3 years experience in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree (health-care related field, public administration or policy, business, or a related field preferred), a relevant professional certification (CHPC, CHC, CHPS, CPH, CQA, CQIA, PMP, or other as approved), and 3 years experience in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree (health-care related field, public administration or policy, business, or a related field preferred) or a relevant professional certificate (CHPC, CHC, CHPS, CPH, CQA, CQIA, PMP, or other as approved) and 5 years experience in a relevant field. Investigation, communication, and response to all alleged data security incidents as assigned, including breaches of protected health information, collaborate with internal parties on remediation efforts, notify affected parties, and lead and support corrective actions.
