Conducts analysis, determines workflow design, develops appropriate business processes and implementation, and assessment of a suite of systems that support graduate student enrollment; Provides lead work direction for the division team grounded in program and graduate education policy in development of methods and procedures to achieve programmatic goals for graduate student success; Leads the division team on graduate student program or business process projects, including uAchieve implementation and migration from CS Degree Progress Reports, involving campus partners, specifically graduate faculty and library staff, with a focus on graduate student success. Under general direction of the Associate Dean, provides lead work programmatic direction in all areas of graduate student services, including short and longer term strategic and operational planning, including assessment of business processes and procedures, uses independent judgement to solve complex graduate student issues escalated by students, faculty or staff.
