Director, Data Center End-to-End Portfolio & Project Controls to lead OCI's rapid expansion of the Shackleford AI Data Center Campus which requires a proven executive capable of establishing and scaling End-to-End (E2E) Portfolio & Project Controls organization ensuring the leadership necessary to deliver and lead portfolio forecasting, project controls, operational analytics, supply chain coordination, manufacturing readiness, and TPM governance across regional data center delivery projects. In addition to overseeing project schedule, cost, forecasting, and reporting, the leader will build and manage a high-performing organization consisting of full-time employees, vendor partners, and a construction workforce that currently exceeds 3,500 personnel and is expected to grow to approximately 8,000 workers at peak campus activity.
