This role serves as the central point of coordination for customer submittals, resubmittals, document control activities, project records, and closeout documentation across multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Contracts, customers, and other stakeholders to obtain information, follow up on deliverables, and escalate unresolved concerns appropriately.
