Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field with 6+ months of manufacturing, quality, engineering, or operations experience, including internships; or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of progressive quality, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or technical manufacturing experience. Strong data analysis and communication skills, including Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Oracle Analytics, ERP, QMS, calibration, or manufacturing data systems preferred, with the ability to work cross-functionally with production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, suppliers, and customers.
