Job Requirements: • High school diploma or GED - required,• Must be 18 years or older,• Valid Drivers License, • Ability to pass a DOT physical and hazardous materials training course, • Preferred: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, • Ability to document incidents, monitor outcomes, and read calibrations,• Ability to apply corrective or preventive measures when warranted,• Ability to focus on safety when working with Nuclear Density Gauges,• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, • Ability to take initiative, work with detail and accuracy, and manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently, • Team player who can also work independently, with self-confidence and professional presence,• Superior communication skills, including written communication,• Willingness to learn new concepts,• High degree of maturity, business acumen, and sound judgment,• Positive attitude and strong work ethic,• Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening. Working Conditions: This job requires the ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs., bend, stoop, kneel, reach, squat, and twist,• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, including on sloped, slippery, and uneven ground,• Requires frequent use of hands, arms, and legs for handling tools, equipment, and materials,• This job requires the ability to see, whether naturally or with vision correction (glasses, contacts), and maintain close visual focus for inspections, measurements, and reporting,• Must be able to perform strenuous work in varying temperatures, including extreme heat, cold, humidity, and inclement weather for extended periods of time,• Exposure to loud noise, vibration, moving equipment, and hazards such as chemicals, fumes, dust, grease, and oils,• Work may be performed in confined spaces, crawl spaces, or narrow passageways,• Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening.
