The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across technical teams, and experienced managing drawings, specifications, submittals, vendor records, quality documentation, and closeout packages in a fast-moving engineering, manufacturing, construction, or mission-critical environment. Depending on the needs of the position, GOR's recruiting support may include candidate sourcing, application intake, administrative review of materials against criteria supplied or approved by MOD42, preliminary candidate conversations, candidate introductions, scheduling support, and candidate communications.
