About the Role We're looking for Director of Quality Control that will provide strategic leadership for RNGD's Quality Management System (QMS) and quality assurance and quality control programs across all business units, operating regions, and construction operations, including Heavy, Commercial, Trades, and Mission Critical. Success in this role means RNGD has a consistently adopted QMS, project quality risks are identified early, systemic issues are resolved at their root causes, corrective actions are completed, rework is reduced, and leadership has reliable information to guide decisions.
