Summary of Major Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, including understanding scope of services, contract requirements, organizational structure, staffing, work plans, budgets, fleet management, vendor management, reporting, inventory, quality control, training, and continuous improvement. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance, including but not limited to structure maintenance and repair, bridge maintenance and repair, pavement repairs consisting of full depth and partial depth, guardrail repair, and more.
