Operate and oversee proper use of construction tools and equipment, including drills, chipping hammers, grinders, forklifts, boom lifts, aerial lifts, skid loaders, scaffolding, swing stages, and other equipment as assigned. This role provides hands-on leadership in the field by assigning work, monitoring production, coordinating materials and equipment, communicating with Superintendents, and helping ensure project milestones are achieved.
