The CM Services contractor shall have the capability of providing a comprehensive program of Project Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Design reviews and Value Management Assessments, Safety Compliance Reviews, Monitoring and Testing Compliance, Record Keeping, Cost Estimating /Budget Control, and Change Management Documentation Management. Candidates must be able to work on active construction job sites, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders, and traversing uneven or unimproved terrain.
