The position leads foremen, craft personnel, and subcontractors in the safe, high-quality, and productive execution of assigned work; implements the Construction Manager and Project Manager's field plan; and maintains day-to-day accountability for crew deployment, equipment, documentation, schedule execution, and installation quality. Direct field installation of battery energy storage enclosures/modules, inverters and Power Conversion Systems (PCS), DC cabling assemblies, Battery Management Systems (BMS), controls wiring, medium-voltage transformers, switchgear, thermal management systems, and fire suppression interfaces.
