In this role, you will lead quality initiatives that help ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations while supporting operational excellence in addition to providing technical and people leadership to a team of Quality Technicians, drive continuous improvement efforts, and partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Quality teams to solve problems, improve processes, and strengthen our quality management systems. Provide technical leadership for Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) activities and associated quality deliverables, including new product introduction, product transfers, process validation, inspection planning, sampling strategies, and product quality criteria, to ensure products are effectively introduced into manufacturing.
