Working closely with Government stakeholders, architects, engineers, and construction management teams, the Design Quality Manager coordinates multidisciplinary design reviews, identifies technical deficiencies, and supports the delivery of complete, coordinated, and constructible designs. In our anticipated role, Parsons will provide Owner’s Agent Construction Management Services (CMa), including Program Management, Construction Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, Cost Estimating, Progress Reporting, Construction Quality Assurance, Safety, and other supporting services to achieve program success.
