Understanding of federal compliance requirements, including Davis-Bacon and prevailing-wage requirements, certified payroll, Buy American and Build America, Buy America requirements, domestic sourcing, subcontracting plans, and small or disadvantaged business participation. This includes maintaining relationships with government clients and contracting officers, leading project pursuits, and identifying new opportunities that support the continued growth of HITT’s Government practice in Dallas.
