A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifyingA combined total of 10+ years (or equivalent) of experience in the commercial construction industry, serving in roles such as Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer At least 2 years of direct experience working as a Quality Control Manager Current USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification required; RMS/QCS system knowledge preferred (training available) Additional specialty inspection certifications or licenses are strongly desired LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate credentials are a plus Required certifications include EM 385-1-1 Level 1, CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour (training can be provided if needed) Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email platforms, and general internet use is required Familiarity with construction management software such as Viewpoint/Vista and RMS/QCS is preferred About RQ Construction:Founded in 1996, RQ Construction, LLC has grown into a recognized leader in the Design-Build industry, with projects spanning across the United States and internationally.
