Essential Functions: • Interact with various groups in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment • Review change notices for program documents as well as CDRL submissions as the responsible Program Quality Engineer • Address Nonconformance reports, including dispositions, RCCA, Escapes and approval of Supplier First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102 • Manage Program Specific Material Review Board process as MRB Lead • Collaborate across multiple disciplines to find root cause for systemic failures and implement corrective actions • Lead/support in-depth investigations of quality issues (Non-Conformances, Process Problems, RCCA's, Audit Observations, etc.) ensuring effective corrective/preventive actions occur • Facilitate non-conforming investigations, inclusive of interactions with vendors or Supplier Development and Procurement for issues associated with raw materials and components • Maintain strong working knowledge of current ISO 9001 requirements and support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the QMS.
