Manages Contractor and subcontractor performance; coordinate with the KO/COR, CEHNC, DHA-FE/TAMC representatives, end users, vendors, and other stakeholders; and integrate schedule, staffing, risk, procurement, transition, installation, testing, training, turnover, and closeout activities. Oversees required management plans and controls, monitor performance against the Project Execution Schedule and Synchronization Matrix, resolve issues and deficiencies, and ensure timely submission of complete, quality-controlled deliverables.
