The Senior Consultant will support the Strategy team and WIM business leaders in analyzing business innovation, growth opportunities, and strategic priorities across the wealth and investment management ecosystem and will produce the research, analysis, and materials behind the strategic plans that advance business transformation and position WIM for sustainable long-term growth in an evolving competitive and regulatory environment. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.
