Client is seeking an experienced Lead Analog & RF Designer to support the development of advanced electronic systems for military, aerospace, industrial, medical, and high-reliability commercial applications. This role is responsible for leading the architecture, design, analysis, prototyping, and validation of complex analog and RF hardware designs from concept through production. 
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in analog and RF circuit design with strong project leadership, customer interaction, and mentoring capabilities. This position directly supports the growth and technical development of less experienced engineers while driving successful execution of high-performance hardware programs. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design and development of analog and RF circuits and subsystems for high-reliability electronic products.</li><li>Architect and design:
 <ul><li>RF front ends</li><li>LNAs, mixers, filters, PLLs, oscillators</li><li>Power amplifiers</li><li>High-speed analog signal chains</li><li>Data converter interfaces</li><li>Power management circuits</li></ul></li><li>Develop schematics, simulations, PCB layout guidance, and design documentation.</li><li>Perform RF system analysis including:
 <ul><li>Gain budgeting</li><li>Noise analysis</li><li>Impedance matching</li><li>Stability analysis</li><li>Signal integrity</li><li>EMI/Client mitigation</li></ul></li><li>Support multilayer PCB and RF material stack-up selection including Rogers, Duroid, PTFE, and mixed dielectric designs.</li><li>Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.</li><li>Lead prototype bring-up, debugging, tuning, and validation testing.</li><li>Support environmental, qualification, and compliance testing for ruggedized products.</li><li>Interface directly with customers to support technical reviews, requirements development, and design trade studies.</li><li>Drive engineering best practices including DFM, DFA, reliability, and manufacturability improvements.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across programs.</li><li>Support transition from prototype to production including supplier and manufacturing engagement.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>10+ years of experience in analog and RF electronic design.</li><li>Strong background in:
 <ul><li>RF circuit design</li><li>Analog electronics</li><li>Mixed-signal systems</li><li>High-speed PCB design</li></ul></li><li>Experience with RF frequencies ranging from MHz through multi-GHz applications.</li><li>Proficiency with RF simulation and design tools such as:
 <ul><li>ADS</li><li>Microwave Office</li><li>HFSS</li><li>LTspice</li><li>Altium Designer or equivalent</li></ul></li><li>Experience with laboratory equipment including:
 <ul><li>Spectrum analyzers</li><li>Vector network analyzers</li><li>Oscilloscopes</li><li>Signal generators</li></ul></li><li>Strong understanding of PCB materials and controlled impedance design techniques.</li><li>Experience designing for harsh or regulated environments.</li><li>Ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple development activities simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with aerospace, defense, or medical electronics development.</li><li>Familiarity with hermetic packaging, LTCC, RF modules, or hybrid electronics.</li><li>Experience with phased arrays, SDRs, radar, communications, or microwave systems.</li><li>Experience with EMI/Client compliance and mitigation techniques.</li><li>Prior customer-facing technical leadership experience.</li></ul>

• Hands-on electronics hardware experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, vector network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers is required.
