We are seeking a skilled Unit Design Validation & RF Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Engineering or Physics, specializing in RF/Microwave technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for RF design validation, simulation, prototyping, and testing of hardware components such as transmitters, receivers, and antennas.<hr/><h3> Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li> Design and validate RF units including Transmitter, Receiver, Power Amplifier, RF Synthesizer, and Antennas</li><li> Perform RF circuit design and apply signal processing techniques</li><li> Support design reviews, prototyping, and hardware testing</li><li> Conduct simulations using RF/EM tools and analyze performance</li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development and validation</li><li> Troubleshoot and optimize RF system performance</li></ul><hr/><h3> Required Skills & Qualifications:</h3><ul><li> Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with specialization in RF/Microwave technology</li><li> 6 8 years of relevant experience in RF design and validation</li><li> Strong knowledge of RF circuit design and signal processing</li><li> Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as:

Client is seeking a PCB Layout Engineer to support the development of mission-critical electronics for aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical applications. This role combines hands-on PCB design, including support across multiple CAD platforms.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING<ul><li>Design and develop complex, multi-layer PCB layouts (rigid, rigid-flex, HDI)</li><li>Lead component placement, routing, and stack-up definition for mixed-signal and RF designs</li><li>Perform high-speed and RF routing, including controlled impedance and differential pairs</li><li>Apply best practices for:

Client is seeking an experienced Lead Analog & RF Designer to support the development of advanced electronic systems for military, aerospace, industrial, medical, and high-reliability commercial applications. This role is responsible for leading the architecture, design, analysis, prototyping, and validation of complex analog and RF hardware designs from concept through production. 
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in analog and RF circuit design with strong project leadership, customer interaction, and mentoring capabilities. This position directly supports the growth and technical development of less experienced engineers while driving successful execution of high-performance hardware programs. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design and development of analog and RF circuits and subsystems for high-reliability electronic products.</li><li>Architect and design:
 <ul><li>RF front ends</li><li>LNAs, mixers, filters, PLLs, oscillators</li><li>Power amplifiers</li><li>High-speed analog signal chains</li><li>Data converter interfaces</li><li>Power management circuits</li></ul></li><li>Develop schematics, simulations, PCB layout guidance, and design documentation.</li><li>Perform RF system analysis including:
