This role falls under the Information Technology (IT) Department and ensures end users understand workflow, functionality, image access, and diagnostic tools within the radiology workflow environment, improving system adoption, efficiency, and patient care quality. Provide one-on-one and group training sessions both in-person and virtually, as needed, primarily with McKesson/Change Healthcare PACS, Intelerad PACS, PowerScribe 360, Rad AI, and Clario Worklist/Intelerad Orchestrator.
