The Assessor & Trainer will deliver hands-on training, conduct practical competency evaluations, identify skill gaps, and provide field-based coaching that strengthens electrical safety performance, reduces risk, and reinforces a culture of operational excellence across Aecons utility and energized work environments. What You Bring to the Team: Extensive field experience in high-voltage utility work, preferably as a journey-level lineworker/lineman, powerline technician, electrical utility trainer, foreperson, or equivalent high-voltage technical role.
