The Radiology Coordinator for CHRISTUS Radiology is a professional who will work closely with the Director of Radiology and the Clinical Supervisor to provide multi-departmental coding support and correction, be able to work in all areas of the department as needed to facilitate patient throughput, and is also responsible for performing a variety of general reporting duties; facilitating communication between patients, visitors, and associates, and expedites inter-departmental services as well as provide support for the Clinical Supervisor and Director of Radiology in the performance of their duties. Attends annual meetings for CPT coding changes, works closely with Radiology Leadership on code changes and fee request for new procedures.
