The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage litigation technology tasks, anticipate discovery requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, communicate effectively with legal and technical stakeholders, and ensure all litigation support activities comply with federal requirements and established case procedures. Support discovery across email, documents, databases, file shares, collaboration platforms, mobile devices, and other electronic sources, while assisting with preservation notices, collection tracking, and defensible disposition.
