Collaborates with department administration and the Medical Director, OP Imaging on business plan development to introduce and support new clinical programs or technologies, as well as monitoring reports of overall volume, equipment utilization, market share, and other KPIs for Radiology operations at Weiler. Develop Moses management team, both technical and non-technical, to effectively manage and lead an efficient, high quality, and patient centric atmosphere, using data analytics and lean methodology while increasing frontline staff engagement.
