Work generally does not involve occupational risk; however, failure to follow established procedures and safety practices could result in minor injury, e.g., minor cuts, needle punctures, bruises from falls on slippery floors, or back injuries sustained while assisting in moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials. While it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, the offer extended to the successful candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
