This clinical / technical position will be hands on with the multiple imaging / navigations systems (Brain lab, Stealth, Fusion, Vison Sense, VTI) used to guide surgeons in complex head and spine procedures.

Acts as scrub assistant assisting the physician during interventional procedures and administers fluoroscopy to enable the physician to see flow through the blood vessels to identify areas in need of intervention while maintaining a sterile technique according to the established company policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.

This position is responsible for the complete and accurate performance of all aspects of the technical procedures required in the daily operations of the Section of Diagnostic Radiology as well as the technical the Section of CT under the direction of both the Lead Diagnostic Technologist and the Lead CT Technologist with clinical oversight from the physician Section Chiefs of Diagnostic and CT.

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include oversight of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, DOH, FDA, HIPAA); workforce management encompassing recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, performance management, leadership development, and staff retention; and operational management including policy and procedure development, staffing and scheduling, daily operations, payroll, vendor management, equipment evaluation and procurement, and staff education. Education or Equivalent Experience: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Technology Program At least ten years of supervisory experience with Associate of Arts or Science with Graduate of an accredited Imaging Technology Program and 8+ years At least eight years of supervisory experience.
