Build the next generation of Clinical Leads and preceptors to strengthen mentorship, clinical consistency, and succession planningPartner with physicians, Operations, Learning & Development, and the Technical Director/Ultrasound Program Directors on interdisciplinary workflows and readiness (while maintaining clear accountability lines for sonographer technical training). Support education and competency initiatives for RNs, LPNs, Radiology Technologists, Scrub Techs, Clinical Technologists, and sonographers (in collaboration with the Technical Director and Clinical Services team)Collaborate with Quality, Risk & Safety on patient safety, accreditation, infection prevention, clinical quality, and regulatory readiness.
