As an IT Advisor, you will be an integral part of our communications team, helping lead, draft, and coordinate executive and key stakeholder communications during high-impact IT incidents in collaboration with the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) team. Provide support for communications tool, including, but not limited to ongoing maintenance, coordinating business requirements for requested enhancements and testing, maintaining user access and coaching key stakeholders on communications skills.
