Patient Types: Inpatient and outpatient, Adult and occasionally pediatrics (outpatients/ED) Patient Ratios: 1:1 Varies average 4 patients/hour (40 patients per day) Required Certifications: BLS required for all ARRT required for all CT Tech: ARRT-CT required Skills required: 3-4 CT Techs on Days, 2 CT Techs on 2nd and 3rd shifts, 2-3 CT Techs with assistant on weekends CT: Biopsy drainage, trauma, angiogram (required), stroke perfusion experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED) Technology/Equipment: The rad techs purchase their own markers. Weekend rotation: Varies (typically once a month but subject to change based on departmental needs) On call requirement: Voluntary Holiday Expectations: Varies, per hospital policy o RTO approval: Email Manager for approval if traveler is requesting more than 7 days off.
