Working Conditions: Regularly exposed to the risk of contagious and blood borne diseases, subject to varying and unpredictable situations, exposure to unpleasant elements (accidents, injuries, illness), emergency and crisis situations, subject to irregular hours, increased stress due to multiple calls and inquiries, occasional exposure to radiation hazards, radioactive substances and biohazard material. License/Certificates/Credentials: Must be licensed and hold current certification in Radiological Technology by the State of California, Radiological Health Section, Department of Health., must be licensed by American Registry of Radiological Technology (ARRT), must obtain California Fluoroscopy permit within six months of hire, in addition to the above core requirements, required to possess an (ARRT) CT license.
