This position is responsible for both project coordination and jurisdictional coordination, working closely with internal real estate and development teams, municipalities, consultants, engineers, attorneys, and other project stakeholders to identify development requirements, obtain necessary approvals, address regulatory issues, and keep projects moving forward. As an individual contributor, the Entitlement Project Manager will independently coordinate assigned entitlement projects, manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines, and drive projects through the jurisdictional approval process by coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
