Perform due diligence functions (i.e., review of transaction agreements, lease and file review, environmental assessment, title and survey review, physical inspection, confirmation of zoning and entitlements, estoppel tracking and review), conduct local market research to gather competitive business intelligence, and close and transition new investments into the Regency portfolio. Oversee the creation and periodic updating of financial models for in-process developments (aids in forecasting and project management and review) & associated monthly updates of MDM and DSR (forecasting models).Supervise, manage, train, and development FS analysts that report to Manager.
