The Director collaborates extensively with Campus Design & Construction leadership, Campus Planning, Campus Architect, Campus Building Official, Campus Fire Marshal, Real Estate Finance & Administration, Real Estate Contracts, Facilities Services, IT Services, Sustainability, EH&S, Risk Management, UCOP, and other UCSF stakeholders to ensure Major Capital Projects are effectively planned, approved, coordinated, and delivered in support of UCSF''s institutional mission and long-range capital objectives. The UCSF Campus Design & Construction department is responsible for providing comprehensive capital project delivery services to the research, academic, administrative, campus life services units on the Parnassus, Mt Zion, ZSFG (Zuckerberg San Francisco General), Mission Center, Mission Bay, campuses including leased properties and satellite locations in San Francisco and throughout the greater Bay Area and Fresno.
