Built's Marketplace connects the capital that funds construction with the services that get projects built - inspection firms, appraisers, environmental consultants, title and closing providers, materials suppliers, and specialty diligence vendors - creating a single embedded layer where lenders, owners, and general contractors can procure, manage, and pay for project services without leaving the platform. The core of this role today is supply-side partnerships - diligence and procurement categories such as inspections, appraisal, environmental, and title/closing to start, followed by labor & materials procurement - supply chain and trade partnerships that enable GCs, owners, and developers to source and purchase through Built-facilitated channels.
