What You’ll Do Draft, format and review real estate documents including but not limited to purchase and sale agreements, deeds, affidavits, notes, mortgages, UCC financing statements, easements, leases, loans, corporate filings and resolutions, and other related real estate documents. In this role, you will work on all aspects of real estate law such as drafting and reviewing various real estate documents, updating and recording documents, disbursing files, and communicating with all parties to the transaction as requested.
