Coordinate with engineering and utility service providers on planned shutdowns, maintenance, and service interruptions involving electrical power, steam, chilled water, water supply, HVAC, and other building systems. You will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance Team, engineering and utility service providers, accounting, and leasing to maintain property performance, deliver responsive tenant service, and coordinate activities that affect campus operations.
