Working across Jamestown's development, asset management, leasing, finance, legal, marketing, and operations functions, this individual will be responsible for advancing the project from planning to and entitlement through development and long-term operations while coordinating internal teams, external partners, consultants, and stakeholders. Identify, pursue, and implement public funding sources at local, state, and national levels to support redevelopment, including PILOT and Special Assessment structures, redevelopment area bonds, NJEDA Aspire incentives, brownfield remediation funding, and transportation-related grants.
