The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 with annual bonus; however, Cedar Brook considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, location and key skills. Work with the acquisitions and project managers to secure open items for transactions, including contract documentation and all addendum, sellers’ disclosures, property inspections and repair verifications, and final walk-throughs.
