The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. Founded in 2001 and operating in 44 states, the company blends decades of real estate expertise with technology-driven operations to deliver speed, certainty, and consistent outcomes.
You'll play a key role in navigating regulatory environments, building external relationships, and ensuring the right land is secured efficiently and responsibly to support ATC's long-term success. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll guide a team of real estate professionals and partner across the organization to deliver critical infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with the legal, construction, and asset management teams to ensure all real estate transactions and documentation are handled efficiently and accurately. Provide paralegal support for acquisitions and dispositions, including entity formation, due diligence, title and survey review, financing coordination, and closing activities.

ul>Thorough knowledge of commercial real estate lending including letters of credit, tax credit transactions, borrowing base lending, multi-phased construction, and transactions secured by multiple collateral properties. In addition, certain positions may also be subject to the requirements of FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, the NFA, the FCPA, the Bank Secrecy Act, the SAFE Act, and/or federal guidelines applicable to an agreement, such as those related to ethics, safety, or operational procedures.
