Performs complex property transfer and related functions; search titles; intermediate administrative support work providing administrative support to department staff, receiving and processing incoming calls and visitors, preparing and maintaining records and files, typing a variety of documents, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Performs administrative and clerical support duties including greeting visitors, and general office support such as processing mail, answering routine questions, screening and directing calls, filing, copying, faxing, ordering supplies, attending management meetings, taking, transcribing, and distributing minutes for committee(s).
