The successful candidate will advise a diverse mix of lenders, borrowers, investors, and businesses in financing transactions ranging from traditional bilateral credit facilities to sophisticated acquisition, syndicated, asset-based, and cross-border financings. Draft and negotiate credit agreements, commitment letters, term sheets, security agreements, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, promissory notes, collateral documents, and closing deliverables.
