Responsibilities:
Receive and put away ambient items and SBK ingredients safely and accurately, stocking unit pick, full-case reserve, and forward pick locations efficiently.Complete production logs, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, and other documentation with care to keep operations running smoothly.Handle all inventory properly to prevent damage and maintain quality.Report any obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your supervisor or team lead to keep operations on track.Use motorized equipment like forklifts, generators, and pressure washers safely to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

Demonstrate the “Six Keys to Success”; teamwork, communication, respect, help a brother/sister out; accountability, time management and organization. Load outbound trucks and/or rail cars; unload inbound trucks and/or rail cars.

Educations & Qualifications:              Position requires a minimum of 2-5 years of experience operating a forklift.   Fork truck certification preferred; must obtain/maintain fork truck certification.  Must have the ability to effectively communicate and work as a team with employees, supervisors, and incoming/outgoing drivers.  Must be able to operate a computer and pay attention to details.  Shifts are typically 10+ hours, Monday-Friday 5 or 6 am- approximately 4pm (or until production ends); Saturdays are required.  Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a non-air conditioned facility. Summary:              Operate fork truck and machinery (palletizer) in the shipping/receiving section of the warehouse.   Maintain proper stock and inventory levels.  Load and unload trucks.  Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety and sanitation guidelines.                Essential Functions:<ul><li>Safely operate fork truck to transport items/products.
<ul><li>Must obtain/maintain fork truck certification. </li><li>Follow all safety standards and guidelines; use personal protective equipment as required; sound horns when required; wear safety belts while operating the forklift; travel at a safe speed; be aware of your surroundings.</li><li>Monitor machine to ensure proper operation.</li><li>Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machine as needed.</li></ul></li><li>Must be able to proficiently complete required duties of at least one of the following two warehouse duties: Shipping, Receiving.
<ul><li>Shipping or Receiving material.
<ul><li>Pick orders; fill orders.</li><li>Ensure correct inventory levels of products when shipping or receiving.</li><li>Load outbound trucks and/or rail cars; unload inbound trucks and/or rail cars.</li></ul></li><li>Ensure quality and sanitation requirements are maintained. Remove damaged or broken products before shipping.  Follow and complete cleaning chart for palletizer. </li><li>Maintain clean, organized, neat and tidy work area. Ensure products are in the proper location.</li><li>Demonstrate the “Six Keys to Success”; teamwork, communication, respect, help a brother/sister out; accountability, time management and organization.</li><li>Provide assistance to other warehouse staff when needed.</li></ul></li></ul> Other Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.</li><li>Report to and from work at assigned time.</li><li>Complete other duties as assigned.</li><li>Must be honest and reliable.</li><li>Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
