Ensure nonconforming material is isolated from acceptable parts and is properly controlled; Documents non-conformances and interface with quality assurance and engineering personnel for evaluation of problem statements, root cause, and containment activities. Review manufacturing/inspection operations for any process interruptions that may have an adverse effect on product quality (heat treat, oven curing, plating, soldering, welding, brazing, etc.), that has been properly reworked or dispositioned through the Customer; MRB.
