Proven experience with Lean techniques such as Pull, 5S, Kan-Ban, Set Up Reduction (balancing, pacing, improved through-put) and visual factory (KPIs, pacing boards, EI)Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Analyze reports and data to determine and recommend changes in methods, tooling, and/or equipment to more fully utilize the workforce and increase productivity, quality, and/or product value.
